CTH Stage 1 – Improvements Project

The Cambridge Town Hall Community Trust, through a Lease and Service agreement with Waipa District Council, are pleased to progress upgrades to the Town Hall.

The Opportunity: This project aims to undertake immediate transformation works primarily to the Victorian Room and Edwardian Room, including a commercial kitchen, unisex toilets, access control, roof replacements to Victorian Room, roof repairs to Edwardian Room, and an electrical upgrade and new HVAC system to the greater Town Hall.

The Trust, through the Project Managers OCTA, looks forward to tender submissions for the works being carried out.
